Hi, I'm Ron. I grew up in a musical family...my dad was the drummer in a band...but I don't play any instruments. I just grab a mic and make beautiful noises! I've been singing for longer that I can remember and LOVE it! Since taking down and dusting off my mic's I have spent lots of time on stage with singers like Lance James, Clive Bruce, Barbara Ray, Manie Jackson, Cathy Viljoen, Jody Wayne, Dennis East and Billy Forrest. The songs I sing vary from Gospel through Golden Oldies of the period 50's to 80's to Country & Western. Basically any type of song. As long as I like them I'll sing them. Besides being on stage I've paid-my-dues like all other artists in bars and restaurants but thankfully that part of my singing career is over. I still do festivals, functions and fundraisers. "Hits of Yesteryear" (lots of Golden Oldies) and "Precious Lord Take My Hand" (16 popular Gospel songs) were the first to be recorded followed by a double take "Down Memory Lane With Ron" and "Only a Winter's Tale" with some really good "easy listening" cuttings and a few nice romantic love songs and a couple of Gospel songs. The latest album is called "Wanderin' Trails" and is a good mix for the lover of Country & Western music.
