B.Phatz was born in Columbia, SC. From birth, his parents raised him in the church, leading him to realize that God has a purpose for everything he creates, and that being well-rounded was the most efficient way to achieve his dreams. He earned two degrees in criminal justice, yet decided upon his graduation that his music was how he would truly give back to the world for all he has accomplished. He began recording music at Dimensional Sounds Studios in Tampa, Florida with the help of other talents including Producer Extraordinaire War, and exceptionally gifted MCs Rosewood, Knomad and Sean Gates. His passionate vocals and machine-like attitude in the booth formed his alter ego, “The Beast”. B.Phatz released his debut album Ambition and Drive in November 2005, and has since been featured on various collaborations with artist from all over the world. King Amin is a Singer/Songwriter/Emcee from Columbia, SC whose musical journey began at the age of three. He has spent his years developing a sound that has been said to be soothing to the soul. Having studied jazz, hip-hop, r&b, gospel and being introduced to many other forms and expressions of music, he has managed to cultivate a very eclectic mix of words, wisdom, spirituality, and love that tends to leave the soul feeling refreshed! King Amin is currently working on releasing his first official solo project entitled ”King Business”, which is set for release fall 2011! The Garnett & Blac Project The Garnett & Blac Project will be the official release of the Souths new dynamic duo! An ode to their roots of South Carolina, this album is riddled with everything from raunchy to extra smooth bass lines, beyoutifully harmonic yet flat out gangsta hooks, and an array of colorful lyricism that takes you to the party as well as think of your life’s direction and or mis thereof! The release of the duo’s first single “Wide Open” feat. Ms.Chevious (Ambition Ent. BSMG) has set off a virtual firestorm! Showcasing the group’s passion for great music and true lyricism, Wide Open also has the perfect soul refining hook to set your spirit at ease. The video, which was directed by Big Pa (I Shoot Videos), is fastly becoming a Youtube favorite worldwide. The album will feature production from Lil Brod (Head Hunter), J.Hizzle & B4reel (Equanimity Prod.), Melvin Harris, Chop, Sean Giles (BSMG), War (Dimensional Sounds), as well as appearances from The General Whyz (BSMG), ILLIST (BSMG), Rosewood (Suthern Com4ort), and MelodicByNature (THC/Universal).
