[color="indigo"][/color] Born Emily Catherine Thomas, in Midland MI.Her family has been involved in music her entire life. With a family of musicians, it is no wonder where she gets the influence and ambition to persue her musical talent. Emily has been singing since before she could remember. Singing continues to be a passion each day more and more and even taught her self how to play the guitar. Emily was 13 years old when she began to learn on an old acoustic guitar. Some of her inspirations include: Coldplay, Ellie Goulding, Lykke Li, The Postal Service, Lights, Friendly Fires, Kimbra, and many more. Emily began recording music in the summer of 2009. The first song ever written and fully finished was Into a Panic. Emily has been recording ever since that day and continues to persue recording in her home. While Emily is stil an upcoming musician, she has made a few local performances around her home city, but would love to do more in order to get out there and get noticed.
