Some time ago, a young Mick Banno left the big city and moved to a backwards redneck town in the thumb of Michigan. Unfamiliar with the local ways, he soon found himself immersed in a lifestyle of drinking, drugs, and debauchery. He chronicled these times with a collection of raw, gritty, songs that are sometimes humorous, usually disturbing, and always painfully true. He was helped greatly in his quest by Patrick "The Devil" Heffron, who wrote "Trailer Park Blues" and collaborated on many other songs. These songs were recorded by Banno on an old one track shoebox cassette recorder, using a busted old acoustic guitar, and playing simple drum beats with his feet on a cheesy organ. It doesn't get more raw than that, folks. All apologies for the sound quality.
