Jonathan Oglen found an interest in music at a young age. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Oglen was influenced by several family members that played musical instruments including his mom who played the piano. At the age of fifteen, Jonathan began composing instrumentals as something to do during his leisure time. As he became more known to his peers, he realized that he had a true talent and passion for hip hop and r&b instrumentals. He also enjoys experimenting with the alternative rock genre as well as pop. Graduating high school in 2004, he went on to Alabama State University where he majored in Music Business and minored in Music Technology. Now at the age of twenty-three, Oglen has crafted over seventy-five beats. He has produced for several up and coming artists from Birmingham, Alabama such as Lo Cal, C.H.I.C.A.N., and JROME. He now resides in Houston, Texas where he plans to expand his career as music producer. [indent]
