New album on the way from Ella Blue Los Angeles, CA Ella Blue has announced work on a new album. No release date has been announced, but a single, aving Bye, has been issued to give fans a taste of what to come. The song is an emotionally rich experience, offering an acoustic ode to finding independence and moving on in life. The song is soft but vibrant and the listener is hard pressed to leave a listening of aving Bye with heart strings unplucked. It among the more positive of the songs, says Ella Blue, which is why it was chosen as the single. The song is about independence, letting go of what behind and reveling in the present and the future. here was a time in my life where I was leaving a lot behind me, says Ella Blue. f course, at the time, it was hard to be positive about it, but in the end, it great to not need anyone physically, financially or emotionally and have my independence. There are more sorrowful sides to Ella Blue, as well. The acoustic-based band moves much in the world of blues and blues rock, allowing for soulful expressions of the heart that find catharsis even in the midst of sadness. The band members began playing in January 2007, ainly just fooling around. But it was fate that fooling around would become something more sort of like a written-in-the-stars relationship. veryone seemed to click so we started writing and recorded a few songs. Ella Blue and bandmates, Bill and Alfredo, all lived on the same street, The Strand. So, after getting their kids at the bus stop, they would get together and jam. The children would set up their mikes and drums, set their levels t was great! The synergy was so perfect and natural that every time the musicians sat down to play, they ended up writing a new song.
