My name is Kristi, but my music name is "Fields of Ash", I'm 17 with a passion of writing, music, and photography. I have written ALL of my songs, and produced them. I am a Christian, and i truly believe God is calling me to do something with my music or words! After all it's his plan I'm following! My First Song-"Ryder's Song" is dedicated to my friend Katie who just had her first son "Ryder"-hence the name of the song! Right after he was born i got pen and paper and just started writing! Then next day, music artist, Audi Stanton, came over and we revised the lyrics then headed to True2Lyfe Studios (where i work) and got it produced with the help of Studio Owner-Letek Second Song-"Sunday Morning Rush" is a song i wrote dedicated to my Aunt Joan--who on 11/27/07 ended up taking her own life. I love her a lot, i just hope she knew that. Sunday Morning Rush was something i came up with right after i had heard the news. Probably the hardest thing i have ever gone through. Third Song-"Your Charm" is a song dedicated to my Aunt Joan's daughter Mandy. (My Cousin)...she told this story at her mom's funeral about when she was just a baby her mom was holding her in her arms and said that from that day on they would be best friends. And thats exactly what they became. As for the title of the song "Your Charm"--my aunt Joan had given Mandy this "charm" necklace and on the back of it, it said "You will always have my heart". So thats where this song comes from. Fourth Song-"Unspoken"--is a beat i came up with, took me a while! But i kinda like it! It's different! No words yet, but i'm hoping someone will use it!.
