Life with Max are an Original Alternative Rock/Pop Punk Band with influences ranging from Machine Head, System of a Down, Blink 182, Green Day, No Doubt, Pink, Feeder, Chilli Peppers, Sum 41 & the list goes on. Although only fully formed since mid 2006, Jennifer le Roux (Vocals) and Roelof le Roux (Rythm Guitar) met in 2004 when they began writing music and gigging acoustic in London. On returning to Jen's hometown of Portsmouth they decided to form a band and were lucky to find dedicated and talented members along the way: Stuart Hunt (Drums), Lee Blake (Bass) and AJ Todd (Lead Guitar). Life with Max rehearse at Dugout Studio's in Fareham regularly which gives them the space to make noise and work on original material. Their main focus for 2007/08 is to gig as much as possible and break into new venues accross the UK and beyond! Life with Max understand the struggle to get gigs and often arrange full band nights having the honour to play with other local bands such as: Wyld Side, Hardly Heroes, Absent Jack, Fresh Legs, Pancake Eating Freaks and the list goes on. They would like to hear from anyone with a venue they can play at or any bands that would like to gig share.
