The band mission statement: To Destroy Your Beliefs. The Oogie Boogie Rockers or O.B.R., for short, is comprised of three key members: George D'range, Principle song writer, producer, engineer, drum programmer, lead vocalist, & harmonica player. Also some song composition. The Doktor Unmerciful, Who prefers to remain anonymous, Song writer, vocals, guitars, bass, keys, synths and general engineering chaos. Educated composer and electrician. Sam K., Song writer, guitarist, keys and some vocals. We also sometimes employ the talents of Kipp Mcleod, who is widely researchable online as a guitarist and bass player. OBR has never performed live per-se, but George does perform his own compositions with the aid on his prerecorded music, as well as being a poetry slammer and live harmonica player. He participated in the annual Kauai song writer's competition in May of 2007 at Honolulu's rRed Elephant Cafe, and can be heard semi-regularly at the Ong King Arts Center in Chinatown, Honolulu, HI. Our terms: Creative control is imperative, and in exchange for our self-sufficient recording resources, we will not cover publishing expenses and overruns.
