[b][color="black"]Like a breath of fresh air singer/songwriter Tamara Davis hits the scene with her original Rock and pop tunes, capturing you with her melody, harmony, hook-laden guitar charged riffs, and witty lyrical content. Tamara draws her influences from artists that have gone before, including Michelle Branch, Stacie Orrico, Jess & Lisa Origliasso, Dave Grohl and Krystal Meyers. Tamara has previously released a self produced and self funded EP "Smiling With Your Eyes" in 2005 which received regular airplay through local Brisbane station 96.5 FM with her single "Rock Chik". Tamara played a host of shows including AGMF festival 06. Teaming up with producer Nathan Woodrow again, Tamara has used the past 18 months to work on her new sound and debut album due to be released in early 08. Single "Paris" is due to be released shortly with film clip to follow. With a new line up, and a host of new songs and fresh ideas Tamara now has the tools to set for the stage in 2008. The album represents a snapshot of where Tamara is at present, she captures you with her lyrical content, and tells you a story that can be interpreted in variety of ways whilst staying true to herself and those close to her.
