I am one of those - in my spare time, bedroom recording - guys... I write and play everything myself using Yamaha MM6, ESP LTD MH400, and Cubase. I have now completed 14 tracks, which at the moment have guide vocal lines only, so that I can remember the vocal lines when I come to put the actual vocals on, so please excuse the nonsense lyrics, repeated over and over stuff and the many ohhs and ahhs, Etc. I write in a wide range of musical styles, from ballads to heavy rock and have uploaded my Rock & Pop Rock tracks here. What I am looking for is some feedback on the tracks in general and also the vocal lines before I start to put the actual vocals and lyrics on to the tracks and also maybe some comments as to which style of music I should concentrate on in order to give myself a better chance of success.
