Three Times Over was never a band just a concept. All of this music started about 10 years ago with me and a childhood friends Paul Prater. We started jamming on some cover tunes, and before long we were writing and recording our own music under the name Downshift. Pretty soon things took off with a call from Affinity Records inviting us to Nashville to appear on the Be Discovered TV Series. After the video was done we started to play live. That is when we were joined by two friends Josh Daniels and Shaun Wireman and changed the name to Scarred at Birth. Soon after things changed in my life, like the birth of my daughter, and getting married. With my life taking this new path I abandoned music, but not for good. Now the band has gone through numerous members, and I'm still looking for the right fit. So dont be surprised if Three Times Over ( or some form of it plays a show near you.
