Hi There, and welcome.. We are a Guernsey based rock band, and are both brothers. Why are we called The Donks? Well, we are both from Guernsey channel islands, and over here any local person is known as a Donkey, please don't ask why. any how all we did was simply shorten the name to the Donks. Still it could have been worse, had we come from Jersey we would have been known as Crapo's. You can see what a shortened name of that would have been, mind you there are enough Jersey bands that could probably use that name, ha ha ha..... [color="red"][/color]
