Gone To Oblivion is a five-piece alt. metal group hailing from Escondido, California. In a scene that is dominated by death metal and pop-rock, Gone To Oblivion has managed to brnad its own style of music onto the world, slowly but surely gaining recognition along the way. Formed in 2004 by Chris Bullock(guitar/vocals), A.J. Fierro(drums), and Nick Bullock(keyboards), the group started to really take shape when Joan Li(lead vocals)and Reigh Harrison(bass)joined the group. Unfortunately, Nick left before they ever hit the studio. After playing their first show in front of over 60 people, help came to them in the form of Andrew Allaband(guitar). Their first official show as Gone To Oblivion brought them a sold-out show at the Metaphor Cafe. After recording their first EP, "Separating Fear From Reality", the band started to go out and play to bigger venues. Their live intensity has gotten them gigs at such venues as the Jumping Turtle Bar and Grill(#1 live venue in San Diego County 2006), The Epicenter, Dreamstreet Live, and the famed Cane's Bar and Grill. The band has also played at First Night Escondido the last two years running. GTO released their first full-length album, "Forgotten", in September 2006. Shortly after releasing it, Reigh left the band due to personal concerns, which brought Nick back as their new bassist. The band is currently in the studio recording a new EP called "The Final Chapter", which includes the last two songs written with Reigh, and two new songs, "The Final Chapter" and "March Of The Fallen".
