[b]Chili Sauce Biography Chili Sauce was formed in 2006, with three original band members, Waverly Coleman, lead guitar, Kevin Coleman, bass guitar, Darnell Ferguson, Drummer. Playing in different places in Caroline County, Virginia. Bruce Lowery, keyboard player, joined the band in 2007. With his remarkable keyboard skills and his wide range of music theory which really took the group to another level. That's when the band decided to form Chili Sauce, with its soulish sounds ranging from Otis Redding, Lee fields, Bob Marley, John Mayo and jazz sounds of Grover Washington, etc. In 2008, Darnell and Kevin decided to leaver the band to pursue other obligations. That's when Waverly and Bruce decided to keep the existing name and continue on with Chili Sauce. By this time they wanted create their own music and own sound, so they decided to start their own production company in 2009, composing and writing their own music to do their first CD project. Chris Herchenroeder and Andre' Smith joined the team to help with writing of the songs. After six months of wiring and composing songs it was time to in the studio for the first time. Chili Sauce met with Kyle Crosby at Lakeside Studios where the songs were recorded, mastered and finished in about three months. Chili Sauce would like to proudly present the public, our first project Chili Sauce, featuring "Free". We are now registered with BMI, Inc. as songwriter and composers under Chili Productions. Since then, Chili Sauce has added 3 to 8 more band members to the group with great expectation for further shows, writing and composing.
