Barry White is heavily influenced by the likes of Billy Cobbham,George Benson,Earl Klugh,Jazz Crusaders,The Isley Brothers and Brother Johnson and to many others to name. Barry taught himself several instruments including the guitar,bass guitar,drums and keyboards.Barry has won several musical awards while showcasing his musical abilities while playing with speed Limits, a Jazz & Rhythm and Blues Band in Europe. Barry was a member of Just Us {an award winning Jazz & Variety band},Barry opened for major acts such as Jerald Daemon and Jean Carne with Confirmation. Barry has performed through out the world. Barry has been interviewed on TV and Radio about his musical direction. At present Barry is working with the Smooth Jazz Band in Northern IL {BBJ-Project}which is a working band {please check the schedule on myspace.com/bbjproject } I hope to see you at one of the shows.
