[b]After years of honing his songwriting skills Jonny Gorden, with his unique style of piano based pop music, is hitting the live scene. Just as comfortable with high energy pop as he is with ballads, Jonny is able to cater his set list to almost any audience. His reportoire of catchy songs blend deceptively emotional lyrics with melodic harmonies.[/b] Jonny Gorden is a passionate musician and artist, a dedicated husband, and a loving father. He lives in Adelaide, South Australia with his gorgeous wife and two beautiful girls. At the age of 5 Jonny begged his mother to let him learn piano. It wasn't long before he was winning music awards. In High School he gained lead roles in musicals, and wrote and directed music for plays. As a choir member he performed at Adelaide's Carols by Candlelight on multiple occasions. Jonny's early career included playing piano and singing in restaurants and events. Having already written some music and songs, it wasn't long before his song writing gained momentum. [b]"Pouring my emotions out in song is a coping mechanism, a way to share my feelings, and a way to let others know that they're not alone in how they feel."[/b] The following years saw him concentrate on songwriting. During those years Jonny ran his own company creating computer games and animation. He is also an acclaimed author and has developed and written kids tv-shows. However none of those past-times have been able to quench Jonny's desire for the stage.
