What is the most relevant about my background is the time I have spent within the community at my own ground zero. As a teacher, caregiver, ECE professional, Customer service representative, Program Coordinator, ECE Director, Heath Care Attendant, Undergrad Student, Graduate Student and a Post Doctorial Student. Having graduated from an HBCU, growing up in Montreal Canada, with an international background of immigrant parents from Jamaica, being on the unemployment line for nine years, living in the ghetto, suburbs, metropolitan and rural areas from GA to NY city. Having experience with Social Services policies and procedures as a client. Knowing what it means to be a part of a culturally infused climate that works and one that has never really reached its full potential. Knowing and valuing life, living is what happiness really is. The quality of life experience we have is based not based on how much you have or don’t. It is what you do with it that makes the greatest lasting impact of all!. My testimony is regardless of your trials and tribulations most relevant is to apply what is learned in experience to a real life situation. All of these experiences only made me stronger, wiser, more disciplined, more forgiving, more faithful, and diligent in Gods purpose for me, why he saved me. To do his will on earth, good will towards man! In service!
