Nicola Jayne has been writing music since the age of seven. After being involved in various local bands for three years Nicola Jayne felt she had a lot more to give as a solo artist and so picked up her guitar and started to write her own truthful style of Acoustic/Folk music and then strived to devote herself to her solo career. Nicola Jayne has performed in various venues across the country including playing at London Venue Dirty South supporting well known British artists Alabama 3 who gained fame from writing the theme tune for the American drama series ‘The Sopranos’. In 2012 Nicola Jayne recorded her 5 track EP – titled Bird in a Cage, and also gained interest from Venombase Studios Management, who are now working closely with Nicola Jayne to build on her foundations by planning her tour in 2013 and getting her music listened to across the UK and throughout Europe.
