This little project of mine has just started now as I made this website, I have been writing a few songs and am going to record them soon hopefully for all to hear. Anybody who uses GP5 (Guitar Pro 5) I could happily send you a copy of my song Im working on now. The name for this project came from my Birth name, Amy, and a bunch of nicknames I've had, such as "Amydoll" or "Ames". Ames also means in Latin the word "Loves". I have been playing music since I was born, & actually started taking piano lessons when I was 8. I got honors for my grades 1 & 2, then got more interested in Guitar, so I started on that. 5 years and counting since I started guitar, and I am self taught on guitar too. Music is my life, and I plan on going to University for musical purposes too. There are several bands I have played in over the years, some that we didnt even have names for haha. They were good times, and I learned alot from staying in my last main band for the past two years. I am now flying solo, and all the music is tossed up in the air, so I think I may just go with the flow man. Some other bands I have been in or filled in for are called: Somnium Ruina, 48th Avenue Band, & Clowbar. My influences come from all over the place, From heavy fast, progressive death metal, to Fusion, Jazz, Blues, Classic rock, Classical, some country... and many other types of music. Some of my influences and favourites include the Bands & Artists: Animals as Leaders, Opeth, Cynic, Exivious, Protest the hero, Thin Lizzy, Jef Loomis, Steve Vai, Hypocrisy, Jimi Hendrix, And much much more.[link="URL"]
