To Save This Soul is five-piece heavy metal band founded at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL in the fall of 2008. Alex Eisel(vocals), Rob Soria(drums), and Bob Anderson(guitar)only had one thing in mind when talks of starting a band began; to play some of the heaviest, most brutal music we could possible. At first they just wanted to jam a few times a week for fun, but soon saw promising possibilites. They recruited Corbin Eisel, Alex's younger brother to play guitar and close friend Steve Escarez to play bass. To Save This Soul began churning out brutal song after brutal song. With help from Max Damske and his band Screams of Winter, To Save This Soul began playing shows and created a solid fan base. During the summer of 2009, we recorded a four-song demo and in the summer of 2010, we recorded a 6-song demo. Both are on our profile.
