Yee Haw!,Known for his electric live shows, mixing Butt-bumpin' fast songs, and bring a tear to your eyes slow songs, R.C.Pickens and his music not only appeals to the youthful demographic, but, is earning him fans of all ages, Worldwide! An up and coming, Artist, Songwriter, and Producer, R.C. started out as a IATSE union stagehand working as a sound tech, light tech, stage magr, rigger, and video tech, for the biggest names in rock and country music. As well as major television shows, the MTV video awards, CMA awards, and the CMT video awards. As a performer, R.C. started in the clubs of Minnesota, where he won the regional division of the Kenticky Fried Chicken Songwriting contest, which led to local radio air-play of his original songs, television appearences, and live shows at county fairs throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconson. Moving to Nashville, R.C. performed at the famous Wildhorse saloon, and through songwriting workshops, became a member of ASCAP, as a writer and music publisher.
