Im just a long haired hippie freak living in the wrong time era. I write, record and produce all my own music which is my love and passion and without it i would probably have no shot in this world (tho we all may not have a shot soon enough). Not only this country but this world is becoming one scary place to live and alot of us dont even relize. Its time more then ever to use our right to FREEDOM OF SPEECH becuase soon we wont even have that. The Peace Van is a public symbol and reminder to become and stay peaceful to everyone in the world throughout your day everyday. We are all roomates living in the same house called 'Planet Earth' and we need to start being nicer to everyone in our everyday lives. I belive that in this society and day that people are afraid and kindness. We are programed to feel that when we do somthing for someone we should receive somthing in return. We are also programed to belive that when someone is doin somthing nice for us that they want or are expecting somthing in return. When you show a little extra kindness to someone in public most of the time they are thinking 'what does this person want from me?' 'Are they trying to sell me somthing? rob me? Rape me? Ask me for money? etc' Maybe we should be kind to each other becuase we are all roomates living together all trying to do the same thing...'Make the best possible lives for ourselves and familys whatever that may be.' So why not work together in making that happen. Peace isnt just ending war, murder, rape, stealing, etc. Your able to acheive PEACE everyday in a way that is more effective then you relize. Holding the door open at the gas station, saying hello or waving to your roomates, giving the guy in line infront of you the 12 cents hes short, not becoming angry over things that diddnt happen (close call car accidents), Help the guy pushing his car down the street, etc. Be on the look out for The Peace Van driving town and please be sure to wave, honk, scream, yell etc. and please try to remember to be Peaceful throughout you day. IT ALL STARTS HERE! like the Beetles said "Come Together" Thats exactly what we need to do. Lets come together and spread the Peace. Its easier then you think. Thank you all and PEACE OFF!!
