Bio
RONNIE CAYWOOD has been singing since his early teens. Ronnie gave up his music to pursue another career, but music was always tugging at his heart strings. His love of music, along with his talent & fantastic & powerful voice, led Ronnie back into music where he has developed his own unique country style. Ronnie's original tunes come straight from the heart & thru the lessons that the ups and downs of love & life have taught him. Ronnie unjustly remains one of Country Music's secret finds. Although Ronnie remains modest about his music, you can find him performing solo gigs or with his band just about anywhere & any time across Central Texas & the Hill Country. including The Oaks in Manor, The Piano Bar & Steakhouse in Rockdale; Hondo’s On Main Fredericksburg, Hill’s Café in Austin, Hilltop Bar & Grille (also known as Poodies) in Spicewood, Texas, Swiss Alp Dancehall, Ruta Maya’s in Austin, & will be featured in the SXSW at The Oaks this year. Ronnie is in the process of forming a new band, Country Horizons, and is looking for dedicated musicians, and when not doing solo gigs, he and whatever guys he can put together have been playing to a slowly widening & dedicated circle of fans. All the musicians have diverse and successful backgrounds and their musical influences are as widespread as the music they play. Some of the guys are also members of Ace In The Hole band. Ronnie has been showcased in various Songwriter Nights in Nashville. He's sang at the Bluebird Café & the famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge, both in Nashville.
