Who is Jhanine Love? Well I could write a novel about my life so far, however, you would most likely feel nothing but depressed and drained afterwards, therefore, I will keep it simple. Lets just say that the universe has presented me with many trials and challenges on my lifes journey thus far. I certainly don't feel sorry for myself ,although, it has been extremely testing at times! Expression through music has been the ultimate prescription and I am officially a junkie! ( music junkie that is! ) Although there have been moments where I hoped and prayed that the earth would just open up and swallow me, I am thankful that I have had the myriad of experiences that I have. Without them, I honestly do not believe that music would never have been as important to me as it is. As a result of the gauntlet I call my life, the majority of the material I write is about the situations and people in my life that have either aided or hindered me on my path. Some of the stories relayed through my music are self explainatory, others, however, not so much. It is my hope that the individuals that listen to my music take whatever they need from these songs. A good song to me is one that allows us to feel that which has touched others aswell as being meaningful in a personal sense to the listener. Either way, I love what I do, it completes who I am and I hope you enjoy!
