I got my real start and I mean wide audiance not the local tavern or bar / or open mic night I got my start threw a very close friend named Jim Highley
I was invited to meet Mr Highley threw a friend and was asked to play a song or two after he heard my songs King Of the Honky Tonk and of course my favorite Merle Haggard tune A Lonesome Fugitive Mr Highley invited me to go on his show, The Country Music Liesure Show on WCSM in Celina Ohio ...
That night I was the worst personalty in Radio nervous and jiddery but Mr.Highley was patient and so were the great people of Ohio they welcomed me with great comments over the phone and asked me to do some old songs as requests and it became a great night for me, Mr.Jim Highley and I became good friends that night and there after and I'l tell you if it wasnt for Mr. Highley and WCSM and the folks of Ohio I would not be here nor have gone as far as I have.
I will continue to make music Country will stay country and story songs will be songs that have meaning ( no Disco Country here )

I also Arranged & Produced all music that your hearing at this site and was Co Produced by Phil Benjamin I love to mess around in the studio and create new sounds for old songs or just create new songs completely
I believe doing your own songs are easy nobody will hear mistakes because they don't know the music BUT if you do some classic covers folks will notice and they will judge the song I always try to make a cover fit my style of music ....
Here on the site you will see I do some covers songs as respect to the great performers who had done them even though I do them in my style
