The Message Is more than Only A Artist, He Is A Mogul,Cousin Of Hip-Hop Legend MC Lyte,The Message was Born in Queens ,New York in the late 80's. Living in NY at a early age he experienced a lot of things in his life - but he grew out of it to become a better man.After The Passing Of His Great-Grandfather to sickness ,His Younger Sister as a cause of a horrible traffic accident that was a sign to do something with his life. Cousin Of Hip-Hop Legend Mc Lyte, At a young age his life was moving fast, doing mediocre in schooling, I was always trying to fit in was with the wrong crowd at times and always wanting to know why As a teenager he struggled through a lot in life, he got his life together and was ready, he graduated High School which was his first goal in life and then he set his life on his dream He states "Even though schooling wasnt for me i did it fo myself and my family. He Says " It took me a while to get my life together but i did and it was the greatest thing i could every do" Always loving music he decided to do the one thing he's always loved.. Now older and Moving to Florida full-time in the late 90's he has seen a lot throughout the whole region from Up North To Down South in life. That helps him with his music. Starting To Write music in 2002 .Before his solo career took off He created a rap group called "The New Era/G.U.N.S (Gangsta's Under New Society)" with good friend Kid Castro and others joined First starting out as The Moniker "The Demon" he didnt have focus in music,just wrote with his group, but noticed he was the most focused in that camp at the time, dedicating his time the group had minimal success and he decided to break solo, the group he created is still together till this day and he still represents the clique he created but he wanted to break off, and have his is own focus accompished which is as much success in Hip-Hop as he can in music and business, he says "Even if we did branch off we are still brothers and its still New Era/G.U.N.S for life becuase thats where i first started rapping and i had a vison for us and still do for the group but everyone had a different focus and it was time for me to get my notice".Then after chaning his name to "The Message" in 2004 because of his message in his lyrics In June 2005 on his birthday instead of going out, instead of celebrating, he sat in his room and learned how to read bars, read books on the music business, and made the biggest step in his career, stuying the art of Hip-Hop and developing himself as a artist and as The Message, As he started getting better and better with making music he and his fans realized his lyrics are something very catching when you listen to his songs , he states "My Lyrics are for the kid in school who wasnt that popular and tried to fit in, The Mothers and Fathers struggling everyday working a 9 to 5 So them ,their kids, and their families can eat, For The Person who feels like he has nothing left. Overall I make Music For The Underdog In Life becuase that what i was at a young and i still am"Giving His Life to God and continuing To Be A Up and coming artist he is one his way to where he wants to be in Hip-Hop one of the best!!! he has completely grown as an artist and continues to grow as a solo artist. In the Early 2006 He made his first official record with Rapper T-Souljah called Art Of War which was a double disc record and got a lot of success and looks, he says" the album did very very well and it made them both better, comprehending 2 different styles to make a 25 track album is not heard of much in Hip-Hop but it happened,After that album he made his first solo album called "My Own Worst Enemy" which got great reviews also , that album showed the world that he is a force to be wreakened with and will be something, with hit singles "Keep on Hating" & "Supposed To Show" that album was a defining art of him, On January 30th 2007, he dropped his most successful and best album to date "The Signature" with Hit Singles "On My Grind", "World War 3", & "Mistakes" (which was played on Ksexradio.com) that album is set in stone as a undeground classic, with exclusive producers,and all of the hot works that is a classic for all to listen to and get a hold of Hip-Hops next generation that album is the birth of a new legend, otherwise he says it himself people In General , Love Life, Love Music & Love Yourself. Count Your Blessings Not Your Problems. Like I Always Say No Matter What you go through Some Always Has It Worse. Thats What The Message Uses In Hip-Hop Learning from His Mentors,Shamello Durant (Produced Busta Rhymes "Put your hands where my eyes can see") and Artist Sean Gates. He States "As a Hip-Hop artist you must have something the next person doesnt, be you, and never fall victim to the next man or woman, Dont try to sound like 50 Cent.. you wont make because there is already a 50 Cent, be you and when you make it you will last much longer". He has also written for Rap artist also numerous times.
