I will be playing smooth jazz and easy listening favorites at this classy restaurant.
I\'m originally from upstate New York where I started playing with various groups. We played popular tunes of the day, in local bars and clubs.
Early on I discovered a guitarist called Kenny Burrell and he influenced my direction in music. I was consumed with interest in jazz guitar and that interest stays with me today. This interest has prompted me to take lessons from well known jazz guitarists. I have played with a variety of groups but at the present time,I play solo and selected dates with a vocalist. I use a Roland midi player for accompaniment. I try to incorporate a jazz feel into standard tunes recognized by the general public.
I have played easy listening music for the Santa Fe Artists Market each Saturday during the summer of 2012 and was invited back to perform in 2013.
